Custom Programs. Why buy a basic program like air alert or something pre-made when you can pay for a program with custom goals for each athlete. Tell me what you need to work on and I'll make a program to correct that.

Now people ask what the difference between the $50 custom program is and this $100 offseason program. Simple, program length. The off season is when you make all your biggest gains and can focus on your biggest flaws. You have plenty of time for a hardcore training session. Some are 12 weeks, some are longer. But if your looking for a serious workout, here ya go.

UPDATE:
As of Feb 1st 2007, I will be charging for personalized workouts. There are a few reasons.
1) People don't seem to listen and continue to request tons of programs when it says below that you can only ask for one at a time and dont seem to realize it takes me days to write up a effective program.
2) The most important is because the site costs money and in order to run it, add more memory, add videos etc..it costs money. Normally I'd just pay for it myself but the site has gotten alot bigger than I first expected.
 
Now I'm not going to make some bizarre change and have the programs cost $200 something dollars.
 
So heres how it works. Each program will cost $10 dollars. I think thats reasonable so I can keep the site going and most kids can still afford what they need. So email me with what program you want and we will workout the rest from there. Hope everything works out well.

Ok, since I put that little note at the bottom of a few pages about me having workouts, my mail box has been completely flooded with requests. Now I personally don't mind that since I like helping but people need to realize if i'm gonna send you a workout or something I'll need ore information then "yo son, gimme them workouts." or " hey can you send me a lifting program, speed program, shooting program and agility one too"
So heres the new rule and some of you who emailed me already know it. These are the things you have to put down when you email me.
 
Example:
Name: Joe Smith
 
Where your from: East Jabroni, Mi
 
Age: 16
Height: 6'4 (if your out of the US you can still use cm)
 
Weight: 193 (again, if your outside of the US you can use Kg)
 
Have you trained before: No not really, or yea for 3 years
 
What Position do you play: PG (name one since most of you wouldn't finish more then one of the workouts anyway)
 
you can put any other information you think I should know after that but from now on you MUST have that.Alot of people don't seem to realize that a workout meant for a 20 year old college baller whose been lifting since he was 12 is alot different then a program I'd have to make for a 13 year old freshmen, so knowing this stuff is important.
 
Now here's the type of programs I have:
Vertical(beginner,intermediate,advanced)
 
Explosiveness (completely focus' on that)
 
Strength Training
 
Shooting (by each position)
 
Quickness
 
Flexibility
 
Dribbling
 
and for those who are really serious, I can probably make a program for you but this is pretty much for people who have spoken to me or IMed me since the majority of people on the net looking for programs never finish past the 3rd week. So if your really dedicated, I'll put in the extra work to help you out.
 
You can also ask me for advice on things like game preperation (helping you focus before your games), Injuries, supplements, or whatever else you need to know. Even though I'm only in college I've coached high school teams already and trained tons of players.
 
 
P.S: Keep in mind, I'm in college so I'm not around to answer the emails the second you send them. I'll get to it within like 2 days usually so be patient or just IM me if its important.
