Answer: I added a message board but since most people just email me at godsgift2thegame@aol.com anyway its closed down for now.

I ain't hatin bro, but you must have gotten some of this info from Ehow. But I need to know, how do you jump higher. I am 6'1'' with a 24 inch standing vertical and I can dunk easily but I need to raise this number from 24 to about 30 real quick, how do you think I can do that?

Answer: That tru, actually that whole vert program is from ehow but only cause I'm working on one now and its a temporary one. If you look at its its basically the same as Air alert2 so if u want just save your money and use it but hint (AIR ALERTS SUCKS. Secondly I currently have a 39 standing and 41 running vert at the age of 16. Now I naturaly had somewhat hops but to get up here I used Ankle weights till my vert got pretty high and the switched to basketball pro right away to ensure that my vert stays up there(If I didn't I'd lose it again)
