Shooting Program
Just a sample for starting, you can add to it as you go:
-10 minutes jumpshots (warm up)
-15 lay-ups each side
-3sets of 3 point shooting (usually shoot
5 from each spot like they do in the 3 point contest)
-30 minutes catch and shoot(have a friend pass you the ball)
-30 minutes shoot off the dribble
-15 right hooks
-15 left hooks
-15 right fade aways from
the box
-15 left fade aways from the box
-Play around the world
-Finish with 100 shoots and count
how many you make and try and beat that next time

Dunk Program:
Practicing dunks: -Straight vertical dunks -1 step and dunk -jumping off both feet on the run -jumping
off 1 leg on the run -Dunking each way with 1 hand (do both left and right hands) -Dunking each way with
both hands Do each at least 10 times concentrating on form and explosiveness. Then you can add what ever dunks your
want: Reverses,alley oops,360's, dunks for distance.etc....
